- Additionally, £3,679 Inner London Weighting FTE per annum
- Additionally, £480 home-based allowance FTE per annum

Location: Hybrid with offices in London and Leeds

We typically work 1-2 days a week in the office but offer the flexibility to work fully remotely. Our office space is wheelchair accessible.

This is an exciting new opportunity for an Operational Manager within PAC-UK’s National Service. You will oversee service delivery, lead and support Practice Managers, and drive continuous improvement across contracts. You will also play a vital role in strengthening partnerships, working closely with the Senior Leadership team in relation to budget monitoring, and you will be contributing to regional growth and development opportunities

Main Responsibilities:
? Lead and inspire teams – line manage Service Managers and project leads, supporting recruitment, development, and high performance
? Drive service quality – oversee service delivery to ensure services are safe, effective and accountable
? Manage budgets and performance – ensure financial sustainability, monitor risks, and deliver value for money
? Develop services – support new service mobilisation, tenders and funding opportunities, and build a strong pipeline of activity
? Strengthen partnerships – manage relationships with commissioners, funders, and stakeholders
? Use data to improve outcomes – monitor performance, analyse data, and embed continuous improvement
? Champion participation – ensure service user voice and co-production informs service design and delivery

Main Requirements (for details check the job description and person specification):
You are a confident and values-driven leader with a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred services. You will bring:
? A relevant professional qualification (e.g. social work, health, education, youth work) or significant equivalent experience within Children’s and Family work
? Significant experience managing services for vulnerable groups
? Strong leadership experience, including managing teams and budgets
? Strong Knowledge of safeguarding and quality assurance frameworks
? Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
? Ability to analyse data and use insight to improve services
? A commitment to inclusion, equality, and person-centred practice
