Location: One of the three sites across Cotswolds and Stroud (Dursley, Stonehouse and Cirencester)
Hours: 37 hours per week (full-time)
Salary: £28,315 - £31,073 FTE per annum
Contract type: Permanent contract

Main Responsibilities:
• Support and take a lead role, to ensure that finance information is correct for quarterly monitoring and evaluation purposes.
• Take the lead on data presentation, data analysis, and interpretation for Stroud and Cotswold services.
• Provide critical analysis of need, identify gaps/trends and monitoring key performance outcomes to improve service delivery for children, young people and parents in local areas of Cotswolds and Stroud

Main Requirements (for details check the job description and person specification):
• To attend annual QA meetings with the Local Authority and internal FA senior leadership team to ensure performance data is accurate and understood.
• To support the senior leadership team with the running of reports and databases and undertaking audits of systems.
• To be responsible for the management, maintenance and setting up of a new system and refining an existing one as required to meet the data needs of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Deliver whole team support/ training on data and performance processes and invoicing.
