Primary Location: Marden House, New Road, Calne, SN11 0JJ

There may be an option to work at home on one day a week (depending on the number of hours and days worked). You will be expected to work in the service on Monday and Tuesday; however, should you work a 3rd day, there could an option to work from home on this day. However, if you work all 15 hours over two days, all of this work will be office-based.

Hours: Part-time up to 15 hours a week (How the hours are worked over 2/3 days are negotiable and will be discussed in interview)

Wiltshire Community Support and Outreach Service is recruiting an administrator to join the existing team.

Wiltshire Community Support and Outreach Service is a day service for Adults with learning disabilities, and other needs such as Autism and mental health issues. We are based in Calne and currently operate 4 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We provide a wide range of activities for individuals to enable them to meet their outcomes, have fun and enhance their life skills.
We require a highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative administrator to support with the ongoing demands of the service and to support the manager to develop the service further.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting the service manager to manage ongoing administrative duties, including printing and distributing letters, collation of required forms and inputting information on data bases
• Uploading and adding data to required data bases, such as Teams and Inform
• Dealing with the customer invoicing, completing spreadsheets, liaising with both finance and individual customers, families and carers.
• Supporting the team in an administrative role to ensure the smooth running if the service

Main Requirements (for details check the job description and person specification):
• Setting and maintaining administrative systems and produce reports when required.
• Oversee the financial side of the service, including sending invoices, checking monies received and liaising with relevant individuals and organisations.
• Supporting the manager and staff to keep records up to date to ensure efficient running of the service.
• Laise with customers, families and support when required.
• Appointments are subject to Family Action receiving a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Adult Work force.
