Our administrative teams typically work 4 days a week in the office. Our office space is wheelchair accessible.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day business and administrative support to help ensure the smooth running of PAC-UK’s services and projects.
• Maintain service user databases and evaluation systems, including supporting data collection, reporting and analysis.
• Support finance, contract and data processes, liaising with local authorities and other referrers as required.
• Support communications, promotional activity and events, alongside a range of general administrative duties including email and call handling, record keeping and meeting support.
Main Requirements (for details check the job description and person specification):
• A minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English, with relevant experience gained through work, education, volunteering or other activities welcomed.
• Strong organisational, IT and communication skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new systems, processes and areas of work, with the ability to develop skills through training and practical experience.
• A commitment to Family Action’s values, equality, diversity and inclusion, with a flexible and positive approach to supporting the needs of the service.
• Appointments are subject to Family Action receiving a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
