As the Youth Participation & Outreach Lead you will hold responsibility for ensuring our work is engaging and accessible to all young people. Reporting directly to the Youth Support Manager, you will have the opportunity to steer real change around youth participation within the service. The Youth Sector in Gloucestershire is a diverse landscape made-up of a rich and varied range of youth and community organisations. This role will make a difference by ensuring we meaningfully involves children and young people in all aspects of our planning and delivery. You will act as the overall lead for youth participation & outreach within the service, championing the voice of children and young people whilst ensuring their views, experiences, opinions, and interests are considered.
