Hours: 15 hours per week (part-time)
Salary: £25,176 FTE per annum (£10,206.49per annum for part-time, 15 hours per week)
Contract type: Temporary until March 2029

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our early help team and provide administrative support and practical advice to families seeking to access the Crisis Resilience Fund, as part of the Early Help Service. The Department of Work and Pensions, through Birmingham City Council, provides funding to support households in most need with food, energy and water bills and wider essential costs and experiencing hardship. You will play a key role to carry out a range of administrative tasks in support of Crisis Resilience Fund acting as a point of contact and dealing with queries relating to sensitive issues.
The Support Worker will:
• Work closely with the public and voluntary sector.
• Demonstrate an understanding of Early Help Support
• Have robust administrative skills and be able to use various IT packages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
• An ability to work independently, flexibly and in an integrated manner is essential.
