Salary: Grade 2 point 15: £24,206 FTE per annum (£14,719.86 pro rata, per annum)
Location: Red Lodge Children and Family Centre, Elm Road, Stonehouse, GL10 2NP

Main Responsibilities:
This position requires a highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to helping families and children.
You will be the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm and welcoming service. This includes managing daily operations like opening/closing the centre and ensuring health & safety and security protocols are followed.
Administrative and Office Support, is a significant part of the job. You would handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
• Data Management
• Financial Administration
• Admin support
Community and Client, connecting people with the services they need, including:
• Signposting service users to online resources, advice, and support.
• Assisting with marketing, creating publicity materials like leaflets and flyers, managing social media, and promoting the organisation's positive image.
• Gaining knowledge of local resources and effectively communicating with other services to benefit families.
The role emphasises teamwork and adherence to policies. Working closely with colleagues, managers, and external agencies, and assist with the training and supervision of volunteers or apprentices. Additionally, you will be expected to comply with health and safety, data protection, and equality and diversity policies.

• Strong Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, from financial records to room bookings and stock inventories, is essential.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You must be able to interact professionally with visitors, callers, colleagues, and external partners. This includes both written and verbal communication.
• IT Proficiency: You'll need to be comfortable using various computer systems, including databases, for record-keeping and reporting.
