Service: Children’s Trauma Therapy Service, Bradford
Salary: £24,206 FTE per annum (£12,103 pro rata per annum)
Location: Hybrid (Home Based/ Office in Central Bradford)
This role will be largely home-based, although we anticipate that initial induction into the role will require additional time in the office. Our office space is wheelchair accessible.
Hours: 18.5 hours per week (part-time)

We are looking for an administrator to join our Bradford Childrens Trauma Therapy Service to support the work of the therapy team. Bradford CTTS offers therapy to children and families who have experienced trauma through emotional, physical, sexual, domestic abuse and/or neglect and traumatic bereavement.
Main Requirements
You will be skilled as an administrator and able to manage a busy role. You will have experience of sup-porting the work of a therapeutic team or professionals, ideally who support children and families expe-riencing trauma. You will be responsible for the initial triage of referrals and able to offer advice regard-ing access to the service and signposting information, as well as the administration of the client’s jour-ney through our service. You will have excellent IT skills and be able to keep accurate and concise rec-ords.
Appointments are subject to Family Action receiving a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
